No‑Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Cups (with Cottage Cheese)
These No‑Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Cups are rich, silky, and taste like a chocolate mousse and cheesecake hybrid - but made lighter with blended cottage cheese for extra protein and creaminess. Everything comes together in just a few minutes, no oven required, and the texture is shockingly smooth thanks to whipping the cottage cheese until it's completely velvety. Mixed with cocoa powder, cream cheese, and a touch of sweetener, the filling sets into a thick, chocolatey cloud that feels indulgent without being heavy. They’re naturally gluten‑free, lower in sugar, and perfect for anyone who wants a dessert that fits into a balanced, blood‑sugar‑friendly lifestyle. You can serve them plain, l or top them with berries, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of melted PB2 powder. These cups store beautifully in the fridge, making them ideal for meal prep, weeknight treats, or a healthier dessert that still satisfies every chocolate craving.
