It's creamy, satisfying, and unbelievably easy to make, using ingredients you probably already have on hand.This recipe has become one of my go‑to options for those moments when a sweet craving hits but I don't want the spike‑and‑crash cycle that comes with traditional desserts. Instead of relying on sugar or refined carbs, this treat uses Greek yogurt and protein powder to create a thick, pudding‑like texture that keeps you full and energized. The best part is that it tastes like dessert but behaves like a balanced snack.Let's talk ingredients. You only need four:

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop approximately ⅓ cup Protein powder (Flavor of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons Pudding Mix Can use sugar-free or regular, ensure your flavor is gluten-free. Can mix and match flavors or keep the same.
  • 3 tablespoons Mini chocolate chips Can reduce amount or use sugar-free for reduce amount for lower sugar content

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder and pudding mix until thick but blended.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Serve.
  • Keep in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
