
Healthy, Gluten-Free Cake Batter Dip
A creamy, cake‑batter‑flavored dip made with better‑for‑you ingredients - gluten‑free, protein‑boosted, and ready in minutes. And no boxed cake mix!
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder I used whey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon of almond extra optional
- 2 -3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- Sprinkles optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese, yogurt, syrup and extract(s) together.
- Add protein powder and stir until blended.
- Top with sprinkles as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 days.
- Serve with fruit slices or crackers of choice.
