In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese, yogurt, syrup and extract(s) together.
Add protein powder and stir until blended.
Top with sprinkles as desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 days.
Serve with fruit slices or crackers of choice.
