
Fudgy Almond‑Flour Protein Brownies
Fudgy almond‑flour brownies packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor. These gluten‑free, low‑sugar brownies make the perfect high‑protein dessert or snack without the carbs.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder of choice
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar allulose or 1:1 sweetener of choice
- ⅓ cup avocado or canola oil
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: whey protein, cocoa powder, almond flour. salt, and sugar.
- Separate an egg white from an egg yolk. Place egg yolk and 2 eggs in a bowl.
- Add eggs and other wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
- Let batter sit for 10 minutes, then pour into pan.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until edges begin from sides, brownies set in the middle, and the center reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
- Let brownies rest for 30 minutes-1 hour before serving to let moisture distribute evenly.
