A creamy, cake‑batter‑flavored dip made with better‑for‑you ingredients - gluten‑free, protein‑boosted, and ready in minutes. And no boxed cake mix!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder I used whey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon of almond extra optional
  • 2 -3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese, yogurt, syrup and extract(s) together.
  • Add protein powder and stir until blended.
  • Top with sprinkles as desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 days.
  • Serve with fruit slices or crackers of choice.

Notes

Nutrition facts use regular syrup. If using sugar-free syrup nutrition facts change to: 105 calories, 133mg of sodium, 6gm of carbs, 2.5gm of sugar. All other facts remain the same.
