Fudgy Almond‑Flour Protein Brownies

Fudgy almond‑flour brownies packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor. These gluten‑free, low‑sugar brownies make the perfect high‑protein dessert or snack without the carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder of choice
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar allulose or 1:1 sweetener of choice
  • ⅓ cup avocado or canola oil
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients: whey protein, cocoa powder, almond flour. salt, and sugar.
  • Separate an egg white from an egg yolk. Place egg yolk and 2 eggs in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and other wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • Let batter sit for 10 minutes, then pour into pan.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes until edges begin from sides, brownies set in the middle, and the center reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  • Let brownies rest for 30 minutes-1 hour before serving to let moisture distribute evenly.
