Ingredients
- 12 oz salsa verde
- 16 oz chicken breast
- 6 tablespoons plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 8 corn tortillas
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional
Instructions
- Add chicken breast and salsa verde to your crock pot.
- Cook on Low for 4-6 hours or High for 2-3 hours or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
- Shredd the check in the crock pot or using two forks.
- Stir chicken back in salsa verde to warm.
