These have been my favorite lately. They remind me of the Zone bars as they are chewy, just the right amount of sweet and keep you full for hours. The fact that they are homemade is an extra bonus so you can control the ingredients! These are easy, no‑bake, gluten‑free, packed with protein and can be made low sugar to keep them diabetes friendly. Great for meal‑prep‑or a quick snack. Dietitian and kid approved (by my picky eater 7-year-old!) as well!

Nutrition facts use regular syrup. If using sugar-free syrup, nutrition facts would change to: 200 calories, 10 gm carbs, 2gm sugar. All other nutrition facts would stay the same.
