  1. Place chopped strawberries in a small bowl with lemon and optional sugar or sugar substitute. Stir and set aside.
  2. Place 1/3 cup of whipping cream in a cold bowl. Beat on high for 2-4 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, pour yogurt.
  4. Slowly fold whipping cream into yogurt.
  5. Take cookies and break into halves or mash, your preference.
  6. Take a small cup or jar and begin layering.
  7. Start with strawberries on the bottom, then whipping cream/yogurt then cookies. Repeat layers and top with extra whipping cream or strawberries if desired.

This dessert most definitely can be lightened! Optional serving option: rather than using a jar, use a small clear cup.
