Fudgy almond‑flour brownies packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor. These gluten‑free, low‑sugar brownies make the perfect high‑protein dessert or snack without the carbs.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: whey protein, cocoa powder, almond flour. salt, and sugar.

  4. Separate an egg white from an egg yolk. Place egg yolk and 2 eggs in a bowl.

  5. Add eggs and other wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until well blended.

  6. Let batter sit for 10 minutes, then pour into pan.

  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes until edges begin from sides, brownies set in the middle, and the center reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

  8. Let brownies rest for 30 minutes-1 hour before serving to let moisture distribute evenly.
