Cinnamon Role Protein Bites
These Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites are a high‑protein, gluten‑free snack made with oats for steady energy. Perfect for building muscle, managing weight, or supporting balanced glucose.
Ingredients
- 2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder or typically 1 scoop
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons regular or sugar-free syrup
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese by preferred method. (I placed in the microwave for about 20 seconds)
- Mix cream cheese, almond flour, protein powder, oats, cinnamon and syrup together in a bowl. Mix until well blended and dough forms.
- Roll dough into 12-15 bites.
- Chill for 30 minutes or overnight
- That's it! Saves up to 4 days.

Don't like oats or trying to have a lower carb snack? Replace the oats with another ¼ cup of protein powder. Nutrition facts change to: 160 calories, 8.5 gm fat, 6 gm of carbs, 1.5 gm fiber, 1.5gm sugar, 16 gm protein.
