Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2.5 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Strawberry Protein powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons chopped strawberries about 2
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar or non-sugar sweetener optional
Instructions
- Poor almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, vanilla and sweetener (if using) into a jar or bowl.
- Stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Let set 5 minutes.
- Stir vigorously again for another 30 seconds.
- Fold in strawberries.
- Place in refrigerator and let set for 1 hour or up to 3 days.
