
Unwrapped Egg Roll
This low‑carb, gluten‑free Unwrapped Egg Roll is a quick, flavorful dinner made with cabbage, ground meat, and a simple soy‑sesame sauce. Easy, healthy, and so satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil divided
- 1 pound ground pork or ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 cups coleslaw cabbage mix
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onion optional
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground meat and cook until brown.
- Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add coleslaw mix and cook until softened (about 2-5 minutes)
- Stir in soy sauce and remaining sesame oil.
- Serve.
Notes
Serving size is roughly ⅔ cup if you do not have a scale.
