  1. Place toast in toaster or oven and toast for 2-3 minutes or desired texture.
  2. Place avocado in small bowl, drizzle with lime juice.
  3. Mash until smooth.
  4. Spread avocado over toast.
  5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Grease a small skillet with a small amount of avocado oil or spray
  7. Turn skillet on medium/high.
  8. Place egg and cook until yolk sets, about 2-3 minutes.
  9. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until yolk is cooked to your liking.
  10. Top toast with egg and enjoy!
