minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
Instructions
Chop onions and mince garlic.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing with a spoon or your hands, just until combined.
Shape into 1-1.5 in meatballs (makes about 20)
Cook:
Air fryer: Preheat to 390 degrees. Spray basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees. Bake 15-18 minutes.
