Ingredients

gluten-free toast
or whole grain if not on a gluten-free diet

small avocado
mashed
1-2
teaspoon
s lime juice (optional)

tablespoon
everything bagel seasoning
optional

egg
Cooking spray
Instructions
Place toast in toaster or oven and toast for 2-3 minutes or desired texture.
Place avocado in small bowl, drizzle with lime juice.
Mash until smooth.
Spread avocado over toast.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Grease a small skillet with a small amount of avocado oil or spray
Turn skillet on medium/high.
Place egg and cook until yolk sets, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until yolk is cooked to your liking.
Top toast with egg and enjoy!
