Ingredients

almond flour

burger seasoning
I used Pitt Master Ultimate Burger
Instructions
Preheat your flat‑top grill or cast‑iron skillet over medium‑high heat.
Mix the ground beef, almond flour, eggs, and seasoning in a bowl until just combined.
Form the mixture into loose balls. (It should make around 9 balls, around the size of a softball)
Place a ball onto the hot surface and immediately smash it thin using a smash‑burger press and liner.
Cook 2–3 minutes until the edges are deeply browned, then flip.
Cook another 1–2 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat with remaining patties and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Serve with a lettuce wrap for no added carbs and a naturally gluten-free option or on a gluten-free bun or bun or your choosing.
