Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese by preferred method. (I placed in the microwave for about 20 seconds)

  2. Mix cream cheese, almond flour, protein powder, oats, cinnamon and syrup together in a bowl. Mix until well blended and dough forms. 

  3. Roll dough into 12-15 bites.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes or overnight

  5. That's it! Saves up to 4 days.
