Crockpot Greek Chicken

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.

  2. Add the sun‑dried tomatoes, artichokes, garlic and onion

  3. Sprinkle oregano, basil, salt, and pepper over everything.

  4. Pour the Greek dressing  and broth evenly over the chicken and vegetables.

  5. Cover and cook on: • Low for 4–6 hours (best texture) 
    or high for 2-3 hours. Until chicken reaches 165 degrees. 

  6. Add feta and cook last 5-10 minutes to warm.
