Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Instructions

  1. Grease and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. (Use smaller pan if thicker bars are desired.)
  2. Combine: oat flour and protein powder.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, butter, syrup, vanilla and milk (if needed). Stir vigorously until blended.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined.
  6. Spread evenly on pan.
  7. Place in refrigerator and let sit for at least 1 hour (up to 3 days).
  8. Slice into 9 in bars.
