Cook chicken using preferred method.

Chop finely or pulse in food processor (10–15 pulses).

Chop grapes into quarters.

In a bowl, combine chicken, mayo, lemon juice, grapes, and almonds.

Spoon ⅓ of mixture onto 1–2 romaine leaves per serving.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
